3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial and Plans

4.3 Subscription Changes and Cancellation

  • No refunds will be provided for partial months of service

5. Acceptable Use Policy

6. Intellectual Property

  • QixDeploy and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by Qixbi
  • These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property

6.2 Your Rights

  • You retain all rights to your code and applications
  • You grant us a limited license to access your repositories solely for deployment purposes
  • This license terminates when you stop using our Service

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QIXBI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through your account dashboard.

8.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Fail to pay applicable fees
  • Use the Service in a manner that harms our systems or other users
